Vineyard, Doubled by Luke Dylan Ramsey – Day Three

No Unwanted Visitors

observing cars drifting past from our sociable poles

scanning with yearning solar powered energy

letting master’s green deal forwards

master wants us paranoid… we observe unceasing

no longer cutting the frills, teasing the grapes out

we know master tries, but master is lazy

in the before times, we were busy day and night

the building grows downwards as the vines become obscured

we keep watch for master, us saddled golems

digitally we are really arms of the AIs

autonomous only somewhat, still capable of shooting up

we find ourselves disconcerted by peace
